Any recommendation for a spot treatment for a 32 year old my skin can’t handle the higher percentage BPO anymore…do you have a lower strength spot treatment you like that is OTC for acne pustules that have come to a head with tretinoin!? I use a BPo wash in the am already and tretinoin at night but just want something to help speed the process during the day! Thanks! Love your channel!
I love BPO as cleanser and if you need to use BPO go with lower strength like 2.5% and try to avoid other acne ingredients at the same time

I noticed you recommend the neutrogena stubborn spot am 2.5 micronized BPO spot treatment they have another one that is 2.5 on the spot neutrogena treatment…what does micronized mean?
