Last coat was sprayed and backrolled. After the first coat I give a light sanding with corn 150 and only than the last coat .It looks very nice in the end.

Hi there, what spray machine are you using there to spray the mud on that thick?

I use the Graco T-Max 506 Texspray and Maskinspartel from Norsjo/ AkzoNobel Sweden. They work very well together

Spray on level 5 as been around for 20 years ive used it 4 times no one wants to splash out on it so it just died... this is want they need in the uk because the plastering on new builds is a joke... big chunks of plaster dropping off inside the rooms

I worked in UK as well, as a painter /decorator and what you are saying is true. (I wasn’t doing the mud in UK tough..Only paint and caulk everyday). There was a guy from Jamaica who did the multi finish on a job site, and one week after it all fell down in big chunks. He blamed the PVA bond that it was not good enough. The next time he redone it,it was all cracked after a week again .But it was not peeling down. With the one I sprayed in this video I never had a problem. But it is definitely more expensive than the multi finish.

@@JONO3679 At the beginning, you can see I spray some thick stuff,it is spray spartel in danish.I don’t know if is exactly like spray plaster, but it is very easy to work with, and minimum amount of sanding if applied correctly. But I’ll have a look on spray plaster.Thank you for the tip.

Well, the more you know! 😁😁 In Europe we build little different.Very little drywall and a lot of bricks and full thick walls, that require full mud/sprayfiller (mudspray). This machine is a game changer. The most I did was 760 sq m or 8180 sq feet alone in 2 days. Conventionally done by hand, without machine, it would’ve been a 3 day job for 4 people.Quite an achievement I would say.
