    This is quite lovely. I especially like the addition of the leaves. I can see this in my mom's flower pots.
    I've been wondering if something like this was possible. I would imagine that other shapes could also be created. I REALLY love butterflies.

      Yes! There are many patterns for different wire-wrapped shapes like the one in the video! Butterflies would be so pretty!

    Would 18 gauge wire work?

      18 gauge wire may be too thin, You may be able to use a 14 or 16 in place of the 12 gauge as those are closer to the thickness of a 12 gauge wire.
