The samurai guy sounds like Phil Lamar and the only reason that came to mind was because I was thinking he kinda sounded like Samurai Jack.
That is because he is indeed Phil LaMarr. Similarly famous is John DiMaggio, who acts as the ship captain at the conclusion of the film.
