Biker then tries to and act like a badass, only to wreck his bike because he doesn't know how to drive the damn thing.
If they were riding in a line, like they are supposed to, and not side by side. which is a big no no, The truck wouldn't of felt like it was as close as it was. Even though there was a good 2+ feet clearance.

Denys Poyner yea he’s already on that. Knows his faults and is getting back to practice in slow mode. He’s got very little road rash and very little damage to his bike for the speed he went down at. His gloves and jacket saved him.

As someone from that area, there is no fast lane there. It's 70km all through there, and that black truck was going too fast.

@@Lecoren Don't know where you live, but in my state the left-most lane is reserved for traffic moving faster than the middle and right lanes. It's not legally correct to go over the speed limit, but people in a hurry hop in the left lane and crank it.

For anyone who watches my bit, yes i should have reported her, i wass more shocked and angry with the whole situation that i wasnt really thinking about that. Also i wish i had had the gopro on at the time it all happened but i was more worried about getting hit then powering it on and hitting record. i waited to exit the freeway and get off the main road before i turned it on, hence the "thats a lie" part when i say i got it on camera. Either way if anyone is interested ill be making more videos soon, not on a harley anymore but stop by if you are interested to see more! Thanks Moto Madness for the clip!

Dear Bikers,
Using the old phone horn sign doesnt work on zoomers, they dont even know what it is.
To them it just looks like a crazy biker doing an upside down "SHAKA BRAH"
Consider using a flat hand, palm faced up and moving that down towards your legs...
If only all drivers told others what they should be doing. Luckily we have Moto volunteers squad.
1. A new rider should not try to follow a truck like that.
2. The rider started staring at the truck which is why he went that direction. Positional fixation.
3. The truck driver made a safe pass in his own lane so the audacity and attitude from these bikers was uncalled for.
4. They should ride that close to one another, especially with a new rider.
5. He did not know how to properly pick up the bike.
6. He should’ve went straight to the biker, the bike can be fixed. Laying on its side isn’t gonna hurt it any more than it already is.
7. HAVE A LOVELY DAY!
If you're going to ride a bike, learn how to pick it up when it falls, hell that was a sport bike, can't weigh more than 175kg
Good thing I have an old cafe racer,I once dropped it because of a mud slide,it was easier picking it up than cleaning the Spark plug from the mud

5:06 A tip I learned for picking up downed bikes is
1) Make sure it's in gear
2) Stand with your back towards the bike
3) Grab lower handle bar and somewhere behind the seat
4) Then lift with your knees
I find it so much easier than doing it the "normal way"

Some 'unmanly' guys riding in motogp can't pick their bikes up. It's riding not fucking weight lifting. Rather be good at counter steering and timed weight transfer than picking a bike up.
