@@rc5924 I can only think of one time where I sold something on Craigslist. I sold some kayaks and I had them meet me at my house. The kayaks were in great shape and I didn't want to load them up and wait in a parking lot for someone that might not show up. I know a lot of people are fine with buying cars and expensive items from a stranger in a parking lot. If someone has you meet them at their house, then you can be pretty sure they are not going to rip you off. I've bought some cheaper items from parking lots, but if it's something expensive that can be broken or fake, then I'll just back out of the deal as soon as they say "parking lot".
