Now idk how crossroads are in America(is which is where I presume they were) but where I’m from it’s first come first serve. And if the biker had stopped as you are legally supposed to, especially when you have full view of a vehicle at the same crossroads as you, then they wouldn’t have had to stop in the middle of the junction and would be fine

As a former truck driver please under stand that WE CANT SEE YOU.. always Pass a truck on the LEFT always give the driver a chance to see you in his mirror... Becasue a truck will hit you and not even feel the bump..i use that same mentality when I ride.

If a light doesn't activate I just go through it ...doing a right turn and then a u-turn to avoid a light here would be illegal, running the red when a light doesn't activate is not :P

Understand why lane splitting was originally allowed and understand that it is legal in many places. If you're going to ride through normal, not slow, traffic in a way where it is impossible to determine if you're lane splitting or in a lane, you're going to have problems. I'm not begrudging riders taking risks, but when you ride in a way where no one can actually tell what you're doing you are doing to have issues whether you're in a car or on a bike.
