I was going to buy into his $10k program cause it seemed promising, but after researching many ppl have shared that after signing up, there was absolutely no contact and no way to get their $1000 back and ppl leaving reviews couldn’t say much bad stuff because in the contract they sign they’ve stated that they’ll be sued if they were to speak the truth which wasn’t good. Do your due diligence before getting sucked into any sort of program.

Look at what the homes are selling for in that area that’s a great indicator

Alright so ARV was 190k. The rule of thumb used was ARV X 70% = $133000 - Repairs $30000. So 103k. And he sold it for 97k and his fee was 20k?
