Hey guys uh I’m new for beginners can yall help me something like I never drove a car before and I wanna go straight to driving motorcycles and I wanna do my safety course on my local DMV so I can get my license for motorcycle but I don’t know if I need driving license for it, to take the course but I don’t have permit or license for the car but I just wanna get motorcycles permit and than get license for motorcycles. I need help I live Hawaii so yea 😥

I googled and it I couldn’t find anything on requiring a drivers license, but I HIGHLY recommend getting one. And, as much as it pains me to say this, I would hold off on riding until you have a couple years of driving under your belt. You already have enough stress being on the road for the first time and adding in all the intricacies of riding a motorcycle will set you up for failure. Learn how to drive and get your license first, get a little experience driving first and get used to executing the rules of the road. Once it that becomes a non issue then I would learn to ride a motorcycle, because riding requires a ton of mental effort and if and when you do ride stress for the slide not the ride.
