This helps out a ton. I was working with a few direct damage blueprints and really wanted it to be more dynamic and this lets me apply damage to any blueprint with the interface enabled. Thank you so much!

@@polar1991 You could animate a weapon sway because the scope already has depth. The weapon movement would allow the camera to see the depth. (at least I think that would work) lmk if something else works.
how do you make an armor and shield system for weapons. so some weapons can damage some armor or shield classes, but not others, and some other armor and shield classes can be damaged but for reduced damage? please make that. Example class 4 weapon can do 100% of its damage to class 1-3 armor, but only 70% of its damage to class 4 armor, or 35% of its damage to class 5 armor.. while it cant hurt any thing with armor of class 6 or above. *shields would be the same as this*
I'm currently going through this tutorial as I'm making a zombie game but I must say, this music in the video is a bop to listen too xD as I want to create a ragdoll effect for my zombies when they die, do I just not make the object get destroyed?
I know I'm kind of late but on the off chance you never figured it out, instead of adding a static mesh in the Enemy actor blueprint, when you click Add just choose skeletal mesh.
