Cool way to precisely set origin where you want is to select vertex you wish, shift+s coursor to selected in edit mode, then in object mode set origin -> origin to 3D coursor. Great tutorial along with the next one about flowers with geometry nodes :))

Uhm I would like to think so, but you’ll probably need to convert the geonodes to actual mesh and also use proper 3D print settings in the export. Not an area of expertise for me though!
