A 73" thunder-band is great band for this workout for these reasons
1 - The Thunder-band is a longer band provides you with a wider range of resistance variability to optimally load multiple exercises
2 - The Thunder-band is a more heavy duty band allows you to be very aggressive
3 - The Thunder-band is a wider band that does not require the need for training handles
