Pretty late but can you compare it with the Pinnacle 88 TI from K2 ? Is the Brahma more sporty and gives more feedback ? The Pinnacle is good but feels a little big boring and feels a little bit slow. Really nice to get an answer from you :)

The Brahma is more powerful, more stable at speed, and has better edge grip, but is more challenging to ski than the Pinnacle 88. I can understand why you'd start to get a bit bored on the Pinnacle 88, especially if you're looking for speed. Way more metal in the Brahma, longer effective edge, and less rocker, so it handles speed much better.

@@SkiEssentials Thanks for your opinion 😁 That really helps for my decision. Sounds, that the Brahma can be that, what I am looking for.

Hi, is it good for small backcountry ski sometimes?

Not the best, no. Check out the Blizzard Rustler series!

Looks good, but why do you turn, in that kind of straight forward piste ?

Not sure what you mean. Why do I turn? Well, for fun I suppose.

    how is it in bumps?

Performance in moguls is one of the areas where the new Brahma out performs the previous version. It's a little more supple in the tips and tails and ultimately feels more forgiving in terrain like moguls and tight trees.

thank you...will have to try a pair i guess. Im a slalom skier that skis off peste...:-) in Banff and Jasper mostly so not alot of deep pow normally. so I want to keep the waste size 90 or under. looking at the Volkl rtm 86 and elen amphibio 88 as well. need a quick edge to edge ski with decent float and as tight a radius as possible.
