I don't know if they've ever met. But Stevan has lost to people RBY has beat but vise versa as well. I think if this was in the NCAA, RBY would’ve beat him, his style isn’t Folkstyle isk. But I think as CP said, Stevan is complete in freestyle. I still don’t think he beats Spencer or RBY.

Not calling Arsen Harutyunyan a favorite is crazy dudes 23 years old 4x European champion 3x bronze at worlds while being that young and qualified for Tokyo Olympics at the age of 20 he has wins over the Albanian and had a barn burner against higuchi at last worlds I have Arsen making the finals and I could see him beating Spencer
He isn't a favorite. His par terre defense is a total liability and it's questionable if his neutral is on par with the best. No doubt he is excellent, but he has not proven to be Micic/Higuchi/Abakarov yet.
