Hi Arthur. So, how well are the plants growing ? Is this better than the white led light ? You've used the blue and red light, is that right ?

check out migrow , on you tube its a big irish led grow light company and they review all other company led lights -with honesty , and they did the ikea one , and it scored well, it was perfect spectrum and good value
