Theory: (this takes place in 2007, when Dan was not fired yet, the fairly odd parents where coming to an end, and invader zim was cancelled a year prior.) future arise was created by someone who works at nick. They formed this group with other nick workers, they saw what was happening behind the scenes, treating Dan very kindly, but not treating the cartoon creators right. They saw how corporate Nick was, only keeping SpongeBob up for profit, not following through with the SpongeBob creators request, letting Dan get away with stuff, underpayment, and not treating Vazquez right. In a fit of rage due to this unfairness, they take over both Nick and Nicktoons, making them go off air so they lose money.
