It was not sister. Hellgate Osprey via Twitter also said the same. Dr. Greene and others, have stated that there are other juvies in the area - including from Iris' former partner/part-time mate at times, Louis who has offspring. Their nest is not too far from this one and his three fledged not too long before Sum-eh and Antali. MIGHT have been one of those but also, there are plenty of other osprey in that area.
