- When it comes to doing IP addressing in Netbox, there's the “right way” and there's the “functional way.” (which is what engineers on-the-job typically follow). In this lesson, we are going to talk about the “right way” whereas the next lesson will discuss the “engineers way”!

I'm loving this series as I begin planning Netbox in my Homelab and my new job
I wish I could give this video an extra like just for the use of the word 'automagically', it's something I use on a regular basis and I don't think gets the recognition it desires :)
Jeremy you are awesome brother you have so much enthusiasm when comes to teaching it does help a lot when studying.
Hey man, love your work.
Keep the fire!
Excellent!
Hi Jeremy, is there a discount code for the course that is still valid for us to use?
I would have killed to have had this when I was first setting this up.
12:29 my CSV file only had 32 ip addresses, still felt amazing :^)
Hello Jeremy, Thank you so much for the Netbox Series, I had a question, under the connections where cables are defined, I click on termination a and then saw under Connection that the path status said reachable, How does netbox know it's reachable? Nothing important just curiosity thing. Thank you sir.
Is it possible that Expand & Collapse is no longer available in the new version? Neither in Chrome nor in Firefox is it possible to make the lists smaller.
Is there a method of automated population of these IP tables? Seems very time consuming to manually add every device into this.
At the end he talks about importing them.
Netbox seems intuitive. But I just wish there was a easy & straight forward way to clone devices and patch-panels.
Happy to see that my old Master survived orders 66.
(Lesson 17: IPAM, Prefixes and IP Addresses the Engineers way) is missing can it be uploaded ?
I found (I think) everything including lesson 17 in this playlist: ruclips.net/p/PLpQ7t1Szier-5RPUpMvj2eGmJioXUirXh
Container contains Prefixes, Active Prefixes, contain IP Addresses. Thank you, I just put everything as Active. :P
Ah....!!! Now
No, Engineers will make a plan before implemention. A tech will just install without a plan, or need a plan developed for them.
