Why would you be worried about police seeing that you were drinking more than the actual death of someone? I don't think in normal circumstances it could even cross your mind to "clean"
I don't understand one thing. When Kelly and her family made a statement to police describing the robbers/gunmen/killers, they said one of the killers had dreadlocks. Has any one of the accused 5 men under trial ever had dreads?

The weakest link in so far as I can see, is Adv Baloyi. He is relying on his advanced command of the English language to try and intimidate the defense council. Unfortunately for him, he is failing because at times, he even gets schooled on the use and comprehension of English by the Adv Mshololo.
A man is killed (my mistake or not) in the presence of more than one individual and we still don't know the truth. In my opinion, the defence is going to help get to the truth here.
