- Skoda has brought the Slavia Monte Carlo edition in India. Featuring a sporty red shade along with blacked-out details on the outside as well as a racy red interior, the Slavia Monte Carlo is a more sporty-looking version of the regular sedan. Mechanically, it retains the 1.5 TSI and 1.0 TSI engines of the regular version, albeit there’s still no manual transmission on offer with the former engine option. We got to see and experience the new version at the Buddh International Circuit recently. Watch the full video to know everything about it.

Why do we have a video for a car which essentially has a new red paint.
It has 147 hp, you guys speak of it as if it is some performance car.
For reference a Toyota Corolla has 169hp and Toyota Camry has 205, these are bare minimum budget cars in most parts of the world.
I think it has a good balance in terms of performance and affordability. Specially people in Indian market do consider the milage!!!
Should be given in a manual too 😢
