many thanks for valuable videos, what is the difference between tranport of concentated and dilueted species

If the concentration of the solute is low, you can choose the diluted model. If the concentration of the solvent and the solution are close, you should use the concentration model.

Hello, I was desperately searching for a tutorial on axisymmetry tutorial and thank god I found you. I have met a problem with my COMSOL model. I need to model a nanoparticle in electrolyte. Since the nanoparticle is a sphere, I reduce the conputational cost by using axisymmetry instead of 3D. I set the a surface charge density to the nanoparticle surface, and solve for ion distribution. To my surprise, the result is exactly the same as the result obtained with a simple 2D geometry. In short, my 2D axisymmetry result is same as 2D result. But theoretically, they should be different. The 2D axisymmetry result should be identical to a slice of 3D result. I have been troubled by this problem for two weeks. What would you think is the cause and what would you recommend me to try?

To model a sphere, you need to define a 3D domain or use 2D axisymmetric, though it depends on your boundary conditions.

Tell me how to simulate the penetration of a drug into a biological object; in this case, you need to use a magnetic field for better penetration efficiency
