I have to say I struggled getting pregnant. For 5 years I was infertile, we went to a fertility clinic and just couldn’t afford the help. I had given up and accepted I wasn’t going to have kids. I started doing bible study and I just want to say, I was given the gift of pregnancy. It was still in my heart but stopped trying. I had my baby boy 2 years ago. I pray and hope you all who are struggling can stay strong and hopeful and keep your faith ❤
That was me. We tried 7 years and I finally said I guess we would never have a child. That December, my period was not showing up and I took a test. It was just immediate. I kept looking at it because I really didn’t think it was real. But my son was born on July 27, 2007.

This gives hope. My husband and I have been together for 17 years and he was just told by the doctor that he is sterile. He used to have a form of Lukemia as a young adult, but thank God he beat it. In 2015 he started his weight loss journey and I helped him get from 615 to 265 over time and were never going to give up trying to have our first baby. God knows the timing and we refuse to give up. I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 17, married at 23 and told my husband I would have difficulty having children if at all. As a 19 year old, My husband was at a house party with his cousin, and fueled by youthful indiscretion and alcohol was part of a fight that resulted in felony convictions so we were ineligible to be foster or adoptive parents. I was shocked to find out what I thought was a case of appendicitis a month after our wedding was actually our son burrowing in. He became our miracle baby in more ways then one as he survived a traumatic brain injury at birth. After he was born, we tried for baby #2 right away expecting a struggle not knowing it would be a roller-coaster twelve years before our daughter joined our family. Baby #3, boy, came 17 months later and baby #4, girl, came but left before she arrived to wait for us with the Angels 14 months after him. Our last rainbow baby blessed us 16 months later. I had irregular periods since I could remember. There was 3 years where I only had a period, twice a year. I knew it was because I was extremely overweight (400lbs was my highest weight). During Covid, I lost 120 lbs and 2 1/2 years ago, my periods became regular. Every single month. Something I had to get use to. I finally met my boyfriend and decided to start trying for a baby 10 months ago. After 6 months, and no luck, I thought I couldn’t have a baby. I thought I put my body through so much, with being extremely over weight. I was devastated. After the new year, I decided to work on myself, lose more weight so I can she feel healthier and be able to do more things with my boyfriend. We planned our future without kids because we both thought the same thing, that I couldn’t get pregnant. 1 1/2 months ago, I decided to take a pregnancy test because my period was late. That wasn’t unusual because I have been doing more extreme exercises and cutting ALOT of food out of my diet. So I just assumed my period was reacting to that (it’s common and happened when I lost 120lbs too) but to give me peace of mind, I decided to take a test. I am currently 3 months pregnant, and have never been more happier. I know I can’t say I feel exactly the same with infertility like you, but I do know the feeling of helplessness and wishing you could just have 1 baby to raise. I’m so happy you got your little bundle of joy. ♥️

Same for me, how did I see this older video. I worked around a fertility office and saw what these women went through to have a child, at times heartbreaking, other times you’d celebrate with them. Then I became pregnant again…my 5th and lost all 4 before this one. Thank goodness I was involved with this clinic. I found I had an antibody that saw the baby as foreign and would clot the blood to the baby. I would give myself 2 Heparin injections a day for 2 months. At 39 I had my first and only child who is now 28 years old. What a shock and blessing.

I am also the type to worry and plan for the worst to avoid emotional devastation, so I understand the coping mechanism. Having this video taped is so cool. This is mood AF. I have chosen not to have kids but I am ugly crying watching these videos. My husband said oh shit do you want kids now 😂
Literally the beginning of this vid starts.. clips from the vids I've already seen and the tears burst out of my eyeballs immediately and I dont even like children.
It is so crazy watching this again, a year later, and I had the same fertility issues but found out a couple weeks ago that I am also pregnant.. our reaction was almost identical to y'all's . So happy for y'all, your son is beautiful

I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 17, married at 23 and told my husband I would have difficulty having children if at all. As a 19 year old, My husband was at a house party with his cousin, and fueled by youthful indiscretion and alcohol was part of a fight that resulted in felony convictions so we were ineligible to be foster or adoptive parents.
I was shocked to find out what I thought was a case of appendicitis a month after our wedding was actually our son burrowing in. He became our miracle baby in more ways then one as he survived a traumatic brain injury at birth.
After he was born, we tried for baby #2 right away expecting a struggle not knowing it would be a roller-coaster twelve years before our daughter joined our family.
Baby #3, boy, came 17 months later and baby #4, girl, came but left before she arrived to wait for us with the Angels 14 months after him. Our last rainbow baby blessed us 16 months later.
Don't give up. Anything is possible. For me, it was finding the right combination of Metformin and progesterone.

I had irregular periods since I could remember. There was 3 years where I only had a period, twice a year. I knew it was because I was extremely overweight (400lbs was my highest weight). During Covid, I lost 120 lbs and 2 1/2 years ago, my periods became regular. Every single month. Something I had to get use to. I finally met my boyfriend and decided to start trying for a baby 10 months ago. After 6 months, and no luck, I thought I couldn’t have a baby. I thought I put my body through so much, with being extremely over weight. I was devastated. After the new year, I decided to work on myself, lose more weight so I can she feel healthier and be able to do more things with my boyfriend. We planned our future without kids because we both thought the same thing, that I couldn’t get pregnant. 1 1/2 months ago, I decided to take a pregnancy test because my period was late. That wasn’t unusual because I have been doing more extreme exercises and cutting ALOT of food out of my diet. So I just assumed my period was reacting to that (it’s common and happened when I lost 120lbs too) but to give me peace of mind, I decided to take a test. I am currently 3 months pregnant, and have never been more happier. I know I can’t say I feel exactly the same with infertility like you, but I do know the feeling of helplessness and wishing you could just have 1 baby to raise. I’m so happy you got your little bundle of joy. ♥️

After miscarrying three times, I was certain at every ultrasound that we'd lose my daughter. She's almost 1 and a half now 😊❤️ So happy for you and Zack to go on this wonderful and nerve wracking adventure.

Same for me, how did I see this older video. I worked around a fertility office and saw what these women went through to have a child, at times heartbreaking, other times you’d celebrate with them. Then I became pregnant again…my 5th and lost all 4 before this one. Thank goodness I was involved with this clinic. I found I had an antibody that saw the baby as foreign and would clot the blood to the baby. I would give myself 2 Heparin injections a day for 2 months. At 39 I had my first and only child who is now 28 years old. What a shock and blessing.

I love this! I am 23 weeks pregnant with my third baby after 7 years of being in a realationship. My other 2 children are 21 and 18 years old and im 39 years old. I don't want kids myself, but seeing your joy is AMAZING. The kitty walking around you both meowing in confusion in the kitchen made laugh out loud. He sounded so upset at the sibling idea. "A package of losing my mind." and "I'll pee on them right now!" also made me lol. I am also the type to worry and plan for the worst to avoid emotional devastation, so I understand the coping mechanism.
