This seems to be the best Persona 5 cover of the year IMHO. (Sorry Jules, insaneintherain, littlevmills, Michael Pham, Adriana, legendav etc I love you guys though) I don't think I've heard one yet that's so close to having the tone/depth of the original mix as this one yet still adding some of your own touch to it at the same time. Also I love that you fit in Morgana's exam quote "oooh he can do this" This is super sweet!

Drum track on this makes me so happy. Ghost notes on the snare, accenting with the open high hat... all you needed was maybe a few embellishing hits on the ride cymbal. Extremely well done. Most VGM musicians use programmed drums for reasons that remain a mystery to me, but many of them don't do this well with them. Kudos, brother!

Hey, I just use a midi controller actually, not a synthesizer (I'm not good with those lol), but the piano sound is from my DAW, just the stock sounds. I use Cubase
It's definitely a learning process. The more music you hear, the more accustomed you'll end up being. I'd be happy to provide you with some tips! At least ones I go by haha.

Persona 5 is one of the best underrated games of the century. It cannot be topped unless a Persona 6 comes out which seems pretty unlikely unfortunately.
