How much should one take? 1/2 tsp per 8 oz water? Once per day? Better with or without food? I have stage 4 renal cancer.

Please talk about bicarbonate supplements for CKD3 with a concurrent limitation on other sodium intakes. Of course, it always depends, so this should be discussed with one's physician first. But you can give us the information on how to approach that discussion (if such a change is even sometimes advisable). Thanks.

Sure thing. Keep in mind better to reduce the PRAL (potential renal acid load) by adding more fruits and vegetables. Lemons and limes are excellent for bicarbonate as citrate converts to bicarbonate in the body

@@SELFPrinciple I am already on WPFD and limit my animal protein to less than 16 gm/day. Citrate, acetate, and malate do get converted to bicarbonate but it is not clear to me if citrate produces one bicarbonate or three and what the ratios are for acetate. Unfortunately, the PRAL formula does not include bicarbonate but I would like to offset part of my intake of 8-16 gm of animal protein. Thanks.

Can't express how I'm feeling because I have been cured of my long term kidney disease. YEAH! Of course! God has the solution to every problem but you can't expect God to come down from Heaven to come get you cured on Earth. It doesn't work that way lol 😂 God only works and performs miracles through men and men like HERBALIST DOCTOR KINGSLEY who own a youtube channel where you can get the cure for all kinds of disease within just a week. Doctor Kingsley's youtube channel is called THE SEVEN DAYS FAST CURE FOR HERPES 1&2..... the only channel on RUclips where you can get the cure for all diseases. I'm super excited right now I'm cured
