Mad love And respect for the great music these guys put out. And for all the causes they stand up for truly exquisite musicians and all in all exceptional human beings
Agreed. It was a magical night that I will never forget. And to think we almost stayed in the parking lot and continued the tailgate. Once we heard what was going on inside we rushed in.
Therapeutic to our soul with the addition of the sound of their music being played together, ignites our spirits.!! 🦠🫀🦾🫴Grateful: I'm seeing Pearl Jam in September 😊!
Footsteps had my head in pure amazement voice is in superior prime condition purely youthful and that perfection Mike McCready is such a player what a tone flight soaring over the mountains fingers like little pillows caressing the low clouds then explosive becoming nuclear blues with the spirit of Hendrix always in his soul
I was there for this show….. such a special night to witness this before Slater Kinney set!!! Than have them come back out and tear shit up after was AAAAMAZING!!
I was working so hard to get off work early, I ended up seeing the whole thing, I remember the sun starting to set during this set, It was an amazing show!!! IF I didn't bust ass that day I would have been very late for the show, I had no idea what I was rushing around for because it was suppose to be impossible for me to have finished work 3 hours early.
One of the many historic shows I was at. So blessed. At times you could hear a pin drop during this set. 2 shows on this tour were acoustic. And by the grace of time I was present for both. Still resonate with me after all these years. Like the Grateful Dead I’m so glad this band archives its shows so religiously!
I believe this was the year I saw them the first 2 nights and this was the third night. Does anyone remember if the first two shows were the ones the buzzcocks played?
I too was at this show.......night 3......and one of the most amazing nights of my life!!!! Even more meaningful now as one of my best friends who I was with that night unfortunately passed a couple years ago.......he was one of my PJ friends........those who don’t know can’t understand.........Andy and I saw probably 20 or more shows..........so amazing ❤️.
One of the best days of my life was being at this show the perfect Friday the end of 3 shows not repeating a song except Yellow Ledbetter. My friend had these shrooms chocolates and we snuck in a bottle of vodka and just remember this intensely probably can hear are screams .The second set at night was so electric starting with Cant Keep and I believe after 47 songs ending with Yellow Ledbetter. The Experiment
I went to all 3 of the '03 Mansfield shows. ... First show believe Eddie announced they were going to play their entire catalog or something like that. On the third show they ended up playing well after the Great Woods sound ordinance rules & they haven't gone back there since. Only song I missed in person was Long Road & also the beginning part of, Of The Girl . .... Could hear this acoustic set start from the parking lot whilst the buzz of what was happening spread making the line getting in a little backed up. Better half & myself had great seats. 7th row on the left (McCready's side). ... Some semi famous folk were on the stage part .. Kenny Mayne, Theo Epstein & some other dude I can't quite recall (soon forgot 😉). All in all, second show mighta been the best of the three. Most energized Eddie at least. ... LoL, a wine bottle was visible throughout. .... I don't know though. Musically, hard to top a preshow acoustic set & an "F' everything" late finishing end. ... Guess I'll say show two was the most fun being there & recording/listening wise - show 3 is tops. LoL, although that first one was nothing to sneeze at either. The beautiful first three songs of the first encore stands out most (Thumbing, Elderly Woman, & Smile). Anyhow, do wish all 3 were upon RUclipsville. Twould make for a nice little playlist. Thanks so very much for this upload. Sincerely appreciated 🙏👍😃. ... As of now, this is the only full set available outta the 3 concerts. - Be well & best wishes ✌️
Hiked down Wapio Valley and found a hidden waterfall on the way to the black sand beach .I basked in the afternoon sun on the huge volcanic rocks. Looked at my shadow and realized I had to go. Cool kamaina Hawaiians offered me a ride back up the sweet guava trail .'Dreaming of the boy making his getaway..." Slip sliding slack guitar and dreamland journey.
kyle h was just reading your post here. I hadn’t heard that story before nor did I know of em getting banned from any arenas in/around this time. Not saying you’re wrong by any means but if this is true, I’d love to get a rundown of the story. Have to look into that, kinda struck me w/much interest. Gotta say though, if the reason for IF they did get banned I surely hope it had nothing to do with playing the ultra long set. No doubt one of the very best shows they’ve done. Trust me on that too... I have all but just 11 shows missing from total completion of any/all PJ shows performed. (Well, that is BEFORE the 2018 tour started.) Need to start on collecting that tour as well.
kyle h oh and btw, I’m not just referring to only the released ‘official bootlegs’ they started releasing in the 2000 tour. No, I’m talking about all the shows previous to that tour as well and trust me, it’s been a major bitch in trying to achieve so. That includes also for each single show writing out each complete setlist on a cover for each blank cd I’ve recorded on. That there has actually been the most pain of it all, lol!
@@DT24K Not sure they got banned but I think they did get a heavy fine for playing later than they were supposed to. I remember Eddie saying something about that as they were going through their last few songs of the night. I vaguely remember him saying something like "We're not supposed to play this late because we're going to upset the neighbors. It's gonna cost us a bunch of money but you've made us all rich motherfuckers so fuck it, we're going to keep playing" (not exactly what he said, but something like that!). He also talked about how they had a plan to play every recorded song of theirs throughout the three nights, so they were trying to get them all in before the end of the third night. It was all amazing.

Arguably the greatest 57 min this band has ever produced.
Perfect way to describe this album
Absolutely PJ at it's best. Even still in 2021. Wish I'd been there.
@@geertvanesser8358 best set I have ever seen….. by any band live. And that’s saying a bit…. I been to hundreds of shows
I was one of the privilaged few who was at this concert. At all 3 Boston/Mansfield/Greatwoods shows that year. Memorable
Agreed. It was a magical night that I will never forget. And to think we almost stayed in the parking lot and continued the tailgate. Once we heard what was going on inside we rushed in.
Eddie ´s voice is therapy

comienza allí, en aquelos años, su época de mayor experiencia y esplendor
My brothers and I will never forget that night. I can honestly say that it was the best show that I have ever been to.
The greatest live concert of my life!

Eddie's voice... oh my f God, I had goosebumps all over while hearing this, specially All Those Yesterdays, Footsteps and Parting Ways!!!❤❤💗💗🔝🔝

I just love that bass line in Of The Girl ❤️
And Eddie's voice, so pure ❤️
I've seen them 17 times since 2003, and still can't believe this was my first show. Needless to say after this, I was hooked.

This was my birthday present that year!! To get to see an off the cuff acoustic set for those who showed up early!
phenomenal- to hear all of these songs stripped down to their purest form and the performance was incredible-
Was at this show. Think it was the best Pearl Jam show of the many i was lucky enough to see
This was the first and only Pearl Jam show I've been to.
This track list is so perfect..each song feels better than the previous and yet they are all great.
All or none ❤
I was at this show. We were still in the parking lot when we heard they were on. We proceeded to get our ass in there!!!!
That's amazing!❤
Luckily the one show I chose not to tail gate at!! Had a couple spliffs tucked in my socks and was in there willing and waiting for this surprise!
Same. So epic
First PJ concert I ever went to, pretty ridiculous one to experience as my first!

You lucky bastard!!! Lol...

So awesome, used to have!!!!! Love it much!!!!!
Absolute greatest frontman!
Holy CRAP, how have I not heard of this sesh? AWESOME!
If I could only have one bootleg for the rest of my life, this would be it, this is the show to have (+part 2&3 ;) )
I could live with just this disc, but yes 2&3 make it the greatest live show ever.
No doubt bro
best ACOUSTIC PJ EVER!!! I wish I was there..
i remember this show like yesterday, damn time flies...
The little piano bit in Footsteps makes it sooo good
Amazing Gig!!
His voice was so unbelievably amazing at this show nailing everything and even more emotional than ever
I’ve been listening to this show on Long road trips since 2008. It’s such a great live album ‼️💪🏼👍🏼✔️💯
Was there. Missed th e 2nd show.. Surreal set...
When they released the album Ten I was 10 years old. I listen to these Seattle bands and I realize I'm getting older. Life is hard, bro...
thrill, love, feels like i wanna hug, hold and fly
wonderful! I love PJ acoustic stuff just as much as their non-acoustic
Long road, parting ways, indiference. 👍
i was at this show, i think the total songs they sang were like 54 or something ridiculous. Great acoustic opening, was like 2 shows.
was also there, you could say it was like 2 shows pearl jammed into one. see what I did there.
