Thought I'd ask here. I've seen every one of your videos, and am wondering if you have considered making them on people like Severus Snape who weren't always known as heroes, but were heroes.
The best part is how it intertwined how he held Qui'gon, Satine as they died, both killed by Maul. And even after all Mauls done, he still held Maul in his arms as an equal, forgiving Maul for all he's taken.
that is a reason why Kenobi is a greatest Jedi ever. He lost everything, but his trust in light side of the force. In the end of the day, his nemesis peacefuly died in his arms like thoose who Kenobi loved

I don't think he sees him as an equal. I saw it as Obi Wan holding him out of pity, that even in death his last thoughts were vengeance. Showing that he was just another victim of the dark side, whereas Obi Wan has gone beyond that

The clone wars has enhanced every facet of the Star Wars universe.
It added depth to the characters, created arcs and journeys that intertwined with the movies and took us to that galaxy far far away.
It’s crazy to think how Palpatine played everyone. Obi-Wan is definitely the real MVP. He wore the Jedi Code to the end... I had tears by the end of the video too.

Anakin was the Chosen One, but in terms of pure Jedi essence, Obi-Wan is the GOAT.
Star Wars is next level storytelling. I bet they’ll be teaching this alongside Shakespeare in schools one day.
@Joe and @Revan this is why I said to look at this HFP is the best fan video creators for Star Wars I know of all their stuff is flat out AMAZING. This is also why I consider Kenobi the greatest Jedi as he had the most loss and stayed true, and stayed in the light and overcame it all. Just amazing. I am so happy they got Ewan to do more with that character and I hope one day to see a series or a stand alone film based on so much we have NOT SEEN in his life. Was a fun watch, and yup this is Iconic.

@The Cyber Nerds Hey guys! 1st time viewer; & after watching this video... I am now subscribed to ur channel! I really enjoyed the way u guys interacted w/one another. Ur passionate discussion about the video u watched, reminds me of the way my brother & I get when we watch something together, & are moved by it- often leading to long, engaging, & sometimes deep conversations that go on for hrs!(I probably do too much talking if I'm in a manic state, lol, but I blame bipolar disorder for that😁) I appreciate the way u guys were clearly wanting to "jump in" & start commenting on something @ multiple different moments, yet showed restraint, thus allowing viewers like myself(who hadn't seen the video u guys were reacting to yet)to see & hear everything in the video right along w/u guys. So, when it wrapped, I felt like I had just shared the experience of viewing that beautiful video w/u guys! And I enjoyed that!
Also, MAJOR PROPS for the comment about being on the verge of crying, & saying that u were amazed that u weren't bawling!(I'm paraphrasing) I'm a 42 yr old who is unashamedly an emotional MAN. If something moves me to tears, then so be it. I've cried @ everything from videos like the 1 watched in this reaction video... to movies & TV shows... to commercials, X-mas cards, u name it! I cried so hard @ the theater once, that I had to get up & run out of the theater due to a panic attack brought on by how upset I was! It is my view that, all too often, men have been pushed to believe they either shouldn't have such emotions, or if they do... they don't dare show them. I'm lucky. My dad, who was a Corpsman in Vietnam, NEVER made me feel like I couldn't show my feelings of sadness. He never tried to instill in me a belief that boys don't cry, or that crying makes u weak. And this was from a Vietnam vet, who as of this day, I've only seen cry ONCE! And that was when he had a severe bleeding ulcer. Even then, his eyes were just teary. I've never once seen him outright, full-on cry. Yet he's never acted ashamed or embarrassed of me when I've cried from something that moved me, made me really sad, or both, lol! He's always supported me in private & in public. But there were other men I knew, & plenty of examples in films, TV, books, etc that pushed a certain definition of what it is to be a "real man." We're taught(and I'm speaking of men/boys "in general," as seen & interpreted thru my own eyes & experiences)from a very young age, by much of society & societal norms, that a man is supposed to be "strong" & "tough." Those words are considered to be key elements of what it is to be "masculine." What is the opposite of "strong" & "tough?" "Weak." And if ur strong & tough, surely u wouldn't cry, as crying would be an admission of "weakness." In other words, a "real man" doesn't cry, because if they're a "real man," then they won't feel emotions associated w/the "weak," & thus have no need to. And if a "real man" ever finds himself in a situation where he DOES start to have feelings that may move him to tears, he must BURY THEM. Bury them deep down & never show those emotions attributed to the "weak!" He must be able to "detach" himself from his emotions. For if he does show emotions, then he may be expressing signs of vulnerability- which would be considered "weak"... thus, he'd be considered "weak" too, & lose his "Man Card." Smh. I can't even begin to count the times I've heard the following phrases(as I'm sure u have, as well) from men- & sometimes women- in my personal life, in movies & TV, in songs, u name it... in response to a boy or man either showing signs that he may start crying, or has already begun:
"Be a man!"
"Suck it up! Don't be such a
pu**y!"
"Man up!"(the most popular &
frequently used phrase of the
current times)
So any time I see a man show that he's not worried about having his "Man Card" revoked, I like to say "Thank u." So, thank u, bro!👍🏻
As far as my personal thoughts & feelings about the video... I'm pretty much in-line w/u guys. I would only differ slightly w/regards to Obi-Wan always making the right choice for the Jedi Order. He DID do this NEARLY every time; But, w/regards to Duchess Satine... Obi-Wan didn't have a relationship in which he had romantic feelings for her, but ultimately chose to follow the code of the Jedi Order. Obi-Wan says himself, when talking to her after having not seen her for years, that if she had asked him to leave the Jedi Order, he would have left to be w/her!
Don't get me wrong; I still think that Obi-Wan is rightfully in the discussion for who should be called the Jedi GOAT! I have always loved the character of Obi-Wan! And I, personally, think that Obi-Wan ALWAYS tried to do what he thought was the "right" thing. Yes, his loyalty to the Jedi Code & Order weighed heaviest on the decisions he made. Having Qui-Gon as his Master, however, helped him to be a little more open-minded, & less constrained by the "rules" of the Jedi Order. This would explain his developing feelings for Satine(& admission that had she asked, he'd have left the Order). I know u pointed out that he said(I'm paraphrasing)"It's okay to have these feelings, but u have to make the right choices." This is where I agree w/(I'm almost certain to get some negative comments for who I'm about to name, if anyone reads this, lol)Palpatine. I know, he's evil. But... can u really say that he wasn't right about the Jedi? A couple of examples:
1)When Anakin is talking to Palpatine in Palpatine's throne room, & Anakin realizes Palpatine is the Sith Lord they were looking for, Palpatine tells Anakin he is limiting his knowledge & understanding of the Force by restricting himself to the "narrow, dogmatic view of the Jedi." No one questions Palpatine's motives for saying this are for personal, insidious reasons. But does the Jedi Order TRULY always act w/integrity, & is the "code" they go by ALWAYS for the benefit of all that is "good" & "right" or "just?" Or is it more like a religion full of narrow-minded, dogma that serves itself as much as others? Yoda(in Force Ghost form & speaking to Luke)admonishes the Order's preoccupation w/rules & the Code- telling Luke(when the hutt w/the "Sacred Texts" catches fire w/a little help from Yoda) to let what is left of their "Sacred Texts" go!
2)Look @ how Ahsoka was treated. The Order that she was a part of turned their back on her when she needed them the most, because they had to follow the "code." Thank God Anakin still believed in friendship over the precious "code" of the Jedi religion. But even he didn't help her & stand up for her as much as he could have. Then, when the Order realizes they were wrong, they try to spin it in a way to say, "Well, after all u've done to prove ur innocence, u've shown & proven to us that u are ready to be a Jedi! We're willing to even let u skip the trials & be Knighted as a Jedi Knight! This way, we can bribe u & make ourselves feel a little better @ the same time! What do ya say?!?" Really???🤨 Ahsoka telling them what was what & walking away was sad, but also made me even more of a fan of hers than I already was- & I'm a big fan! She kept her integrity. The Jedi had clearly lost theirs due to their dogmatic beliefs.
3)Just one more: The way the Order treated Anakin. When Anakin comes to Yoda, telling him of premonitions he's having about someone he cares about dying(truly sad that he can't even tell Yoda it's his wife, Padme, he sees dying giving birth... as he would be expelled from the Order due to stupid dogma), what does Yoda ultimately say? He basically tells Anakin to be happy & rejoice when this person he cares for dies, becaise that person will become one w/the Force! I can see Anakin rushing off to see Padme, seeing her & yelling, "Alright! Yeah! U know those dreams of u dying during childbirth that have been emotionally distressing for us both? Well, it turns out that I don't have to worry @ all! And YOU shouldn't either! In fact, we should celebrate because u(& maybe our baby)will become one w/the Force when u die! Aaaahhhhhh. It feels so good to know I should be happy when u die! Thanx, Master Yoda!" 🤣 But seriously, had the Jedi focused more on helping students learn to cope w/things- like the loss of a loved one... instead of their emphasis being on enforcing their "rule" that they can't even have romantic feelings & relationships, maybe Anakin would've been able to come to terms w/it. But while Anakin has to hide that he is married & in luv & about to be a father & is having premonitions of his wife's death... the morally righteous Jedi Order asks Anakin to spy on the Chancellor(someone who has been a friend to him & NOT judged him- which we know isn't because Palpatine is good or cares, but remains the truth)! The self-righteous Jedi Council doesn't even have the courage to assign Anakin this duty themselves! They put it on poor Obi-Wan to tell Anakin, lol! Thru Obi-Wan, the Council asks Anakin to do something that the "code" itself says is WRONG!!! I guess when it suits them, the code can be overlooked. 😆
But I digress, lol.

Obi-Wan lost more than anyone else, his clones, his order, his brother/Student, his True love, his Master and father figure, as well as his nemesis and ultimately (betrayed) Brother from the dark side as Maul died in his arms! Kenobi literally lost everything and everyone, but he still managed to find peace in the end...he was (The) Boss of Starwars.

I'd recommend you watch some Dudu films stuff. He spliced together stuff from Palpatine and Valkorian and made it sound like they were dramatically debating each other. Each are like 3 mins, you should watch a collection of em. I love Kreia so I'm biased but I think you bois would like the Kreia ones.

This clip just personified the facts that Anakin in the prequels was so unlikeable but such a good character in the clone wars show. The movies never portrayed their relationship in a positive way at all. Damn shame. So much missed potential in the prequels.
