Just installed my 6.600 Audison as well not too long ago just set it up by ear along an AF 5.11 so the 5.11 DSP is controlling the 6 channel amp as well I went with 3 way Morels at front and I will say at times I wish it had more power but then I listen for a long period of time and end up lowering the volume.
Clean amp as far as I’m concerned! I’m waiting to break in my Morel 903s speakers and then will get it tuned up can wait to get it done right and see what this amp is capable
I have enjoyed the video a lot. And its incredible how you can make a system sound fantastic with a very basic tune
Thank you for that. I find the first ten minutes of basic setup make the largest steps, from there you finesse and look for accuracy/timing etc to really fail in but those steps take a while and are very specific to the listener, which doesn’t make a great video, aha!
last time you were putting the mpbx300 in there. Didn't love it?
MPBX300 is good at its price point and certainly a big step up from active boxes from the same cloth if people can afford to go dedicated amp and passive woofer, but a W6 it isn’t and that’s the only reason.
Hi - quite interesting as I was not aware there were amps with high level inputs to negate the need for a separate LOC.
what is the recommended route - maintain stock amp and add something like this Audison; or remove stock amp and pair the audison with a separate LOC?
Note I have a 2003 996 with soon to be installed factory PCCM

do you still have the genesis amps was looking at a 5 channel genesis for my car how would u say i would compare to modern amps first amps i had was a kenwood 626 on the front and a genesis dm200 on a pioneer 12" sounded wicked in a corsa b in 2000.
