Pano ayhan nila na set ang boundaries sang dowa ka province during that time? May town/s ba nga nag saylo sang province since these two provinces were created on the late 1800...?

Valeriano Weyler set the boundaries of the two provinces. But on how he do it? That remains a mystery. But my guess he probably studied the surveyed maps of Molto or others before Molto, because wayback then there are areas na wala pa na penetrate sang mga Espanyol. According to the author Cuesta as qouted Weyler was satisfied with an imaginary line from the house of a certain mountaineer.
