The problem is people on low incomes like EIA or disability don’t have the choice. Owners of places like this capitalize on the marginalized, oppressed and vulnerable peoples. Kind of like a poverty pimp

The low income renters also trash these places....so in order to keep rents low repairs aren't made....poor folks don't know how to have nice things
