Your form and technique were on point. That you kept solid form even late into sets shows your discipline. My wife and I watched this together this morning after breakfast, and were very impressed. You are an inspiration, for sure. Keep up the good work.

I’m impressed you can keep up that workout routine on tour. It’s an inspiration. I added a mile to my run the other day (which is big jump for me) and tried that kettleball exercise. Never done it before in the gym, was winded after 3 sets!
The homecoming show was so amazing! Your my moms favorite singer in this group of Celtic woman. She loved when you sang Ave Maria. I love all of the members. I hope to be able to see you live in concert again. I’ve always had dreams I would be able to sing with you. But the biggest dream I had was to meet you.

haha i knew youd be from derry. ive just seen you sing "i see fire" and was blown away well done. from a fellow derry girl who loves to sing! ah ive just looked u up and we have a few friends in common, john D is one of my besties. it would be great to hear u sing together. you and i went to the same school (i wont mention here for privacy lol) but im older than you. seriously blown away hearing that!
I wish I had that kind of discipline. I bet it helps with maintaining your stamina on tour. I wonder if the lovely and talented Ms. Nesbitt did the same thing given her energy level. Can't wait to see you in May this year when you and the gals come to Minneapolis at the Orpheum.
No wonder you're so trim. Unfortunately I don't have your self discipline or physical co-ordination. At least one of those exercises I can see me smashing myself over the head with a heavy object. Interesting that you mention its improved your mental health, for me its walking..... with summat called geocaching thrown in.
CrossFit you mean uneducated undisciplined,non-athletic and unprofessional program of fitness and performance. "if you can't do the exercise correctly just kept" every single CrossFit instructor ever. I had planned to watch a beautiful girls workout video. Somehow it is turned into a CrossFit roasting. But at least her dance moves were on point.
