Made a mistake understanding how dye works. 🥴🙄
And the dye i use is by Occre, as that was rhe inky thing they had in my local hobby shop and didn’t want to wait a week for it to be sent

It’s goona look great, your work is so clean! Great content, you explain so well. Btw, nothing is to much or boring, we enjoy every video. Keep it up!
Wow thank you so much! That means a lot 🙌🙏🙌
It can sometimes be difficult to make planking interesting or all the other repetitive stuff that this ship has in abundance.
But comments like this, sure makes everything worth it. 🙏🙌❤️
@@TheBurningSail The way you work, explain and shot your videos, i bet it could be a big channel at some point. Have a great day! Ah, and make beautiful!:)
Again, thank you so much! 🙏🙏❤️ it really means a lot.
I hope it will grow too 🙌😃
Nice work! I also didn't make the gun ports exactly the same size so had to cut each one individually for each gunport. It's more noticeable on mine than yours. A lack of patience is my downfall lol I bought a heap of wood strips of Aliexpress to use on the Santa Ana , The have Sapele , walnut and cherry wood strips in sizes of 3mm up to 6mm. Not real cheap but good quality and delivery takes a while.
Now i got your comment! :D Im using spare sapelli from the woods im using on the hull. its 2x5 mm and the strips that i was suppose to use was 1,4x4 mm, so the difference isnt that much and its not noticable.
I also decided with going with the instructions on how to plank her. It does makes more sense, otherwise you gonna have some really deep bends in the stern. So im using the same patern i did when i build the Santissima Trinidad. Gonna show it in the next video
:D Hope you're almost finished with the gun groove :D
Might have to check AliExpress for walnut masts then :D
@@TheBurningSail I'm afraid I'm in a bit of a building slump at the moment. So I've sort of collapsed into that groove lol I restarted last night so should have a video out next week :)
@GregWilson635 i know the feeling, that’s how a felt when cutting the gun ports, but I decided to do just a few a day so there at least was a little process.
Ended up making a drink and did it all in a days work after all. Drinks helps to numb the repetitive feeling. 🫢 maybe that’s why they have different measurements 🤷♂️🫢
@@TheBurningSail haha that's not a bad idea
@GregWilson635 I highly recommend a Gin and Tonic for the endeavor. 👌
I also have an iPad in front of me, with some sort of series running.
The perfect alone time. 🙌😅🫢
