One of the many Knitting Edges we’ll bring you. This one we call The Picos Edge because it’s made out of pointy edges or wedges.
//// Instructions:
Picos Edge
Use the needles that the yarn calls for or a little larger.
k=knit
yo=yarn over
skpo= slide1stitch knitwise, knit one stitch and pass the slid stitch over the
last knitted one.
Cast on 7 stitches.
Row 1.- k3, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =8
Rows 2,4,6,8,10,12 and 14= slide 1 stitch, purl to 2 last stitches, knit last 2. Row 3.- k4, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =9
Row 5.- k5, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =10
Row 7.- k6, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =11
Row 9.- k7, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =12
Row 11.- k8, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =13
Row 13.- k9, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =14
Row 15.- k10, yo, skpo, yo, k2 =15
Row 16.- Bind off 8 stitches, purlwise and purl 4, knit last 2 =7
Repeat these 16 rows for pattern.
