Bro chill, you are exhausted at this particular situation. The problem you are facing is due to not understanding concepts properly and also you have not practiced properly, so first do that and then try to make projects by your own and if you face problem, watch project videos

Firstly i will tell you that machine learning is interesting but it does not show results fast, it requires time and is complicated too. Web development is also interesting as it shows results fast so it feels fascinating.
