Blitz I can't believe they granted you early access to this map! I guess expansive worlds is already fond of you. Good job! I can't wait for you to get your first diamond! Also if one of those checks next to the medal is not there, the medal gets bumped down one, for example if one of the checks is not filled on a diamond animal, it would be gold.

Male red deer are usually called stags in New Zealand, but bucks and stags are the same thing.
Usually the best time to hunt them is in mid March to mid April, as that is when they're rutting, but you can hunt them anytime.
In the New Zealand bush, you can find red deer, sika deer, fallow deer, feral pigs and goats, but the protected animals, like kea and wekas are also really cool to see.
( I only know this stuff as I live in New Zealand and go hunting often )
Also, up in the alpine, you can find chamois ( pronounced like shami ), and tahr, but that's usually up where the snow and tussock is.
There is also an animal which most hunters can't hunt, as they are in the hardest place to hunt in the world ( also where I hunt ) Fiordland National Park. They are called wapiti ( but they're just elk. They live in a place where you cannot get to unless you get a helicopter to take you in, which costs a lot of money.

There are 4 harvest checks, proper ammo used, less then 2 shots, don't damage the trophy organ(aka the skull so brain shots are a no no) and vital organ check, all of these affect the medal of the animal so that's why you mythical was a silver. Also never be zeroed in at 300m unless you taking a 300m shot because the bullet will hit high on the an animal that is closer, also the 303 is fine for red deer, it's a class 4 to 8 gun and red deer are a class 6
how to shoot with a sniper n every game.
1. predict where ur target are going
2. aim ur gun 2 meter from the target's direction
3. wait until ur target move to the place where ever he goes
4. take a shot when u are aiming directly at the targets heart or brain
5. (if the target doesn't die) kill their brain or shoot at their leg to slow em down
how to chose a spot for sniping
1. a place that no one really goes
2. hard to see but easy to take a shot
3. must behind the enemy line cuz the enemy won't expect u coming from there

The National Sport of Sweden is to avoid hitting animals with your car.
Thus far this year (2020) 4.063 accidents with moose has occurred.

I don’t know if the game takes data from real life but as a New Zealander I can say in the South Island at mithias river is one of the best spots I’ve ever been to and that river is where we shot a 18 pointer stag only like 2 kms up the river. I’ve also encountered deer coming up to us for like 5 meters away 😂

That one that was just a silver was because you did not hit vital organs. The vital organs are lung, heart, liver, and neck bone.

The mythical red deer would have been a high gold maybe almost diamond but bc u didn’t hit it good u didn’t get a quick kill bonus which affects the score

Edit: Blitz you were also sighted in for 300m the entire time you were in the forest.

You need to use the right ammo shoot it 2 or less times get a vital and not mess up the trophy organs to get the actual score. I would also aim right behind the front leg for a vital you can also take your scope off with going to your inventory.
Buck can grunt to tell people that there is a fight or something going on where you might wanna be there fore

In order for it to be a diamond you need to check all the boxes so missing the vitals shot would make it automatically not diamond. I forget what the other requirements are.

The reason the mythical red deer was silver is because you didn't pass the harvest checks. The four checks are, proper ammo, hit a vital organ, don't hit trophy organ, like don't shoot the head, and kill the animal In less that two shots
