In a concert scenario they are controlled via a special type of lights that have infrared-emitters instead of an LED source or an incandescent one. When the wristbands are struck by the infrared signal of one of these lights they do whatever is being transmitted to them via infrared.

@@AaronBowley They use both depending on model. You can see from video that there is IR sensor in there, so it's ir activated. Mine looks similar, but don't have ir sensor sor it's probably rf.

How do i make it work again with the bracelet i got from the weeknd after hours to dawn concert ?

For me when I did this, after a couple days they died again but I think if you try to do the same thing again they will turn on. I’m not sure though because I didn’t try it again

I just got mine took it home and this works for me, just need to figure it how to control it like maybe with something to disconnect the battery so it doesn’t keep draining

@@calebgoynes1112 yeah I got mines from the Weeknd too in August and I tried this method and worked. You just need to buy new button batteries. The ones that it came with are cheap ones so they died fast bit I bought some energizers brand and they still ligjt up.
