I have a great art teacher but we are doing work online and we(student) only see him one a week for 40 minutes; so see her videos help me a 13 year old a lot and I just want to appreciate he and how well she draws. She is a great explainer and is very helpful.💋❤️

@@MimasArtwork definitely it has helped me a lot but when it comes to the drawing the straight line is it a must you use a ruler like other people I see they usually do

Beautiful drawing. Using just black and white can be so expressive, I had to explore graphite pencils. This is an excellent tutorial on shading, and so is your beginner video on drawing faces. They are a good foundation that I will keep referring to as I learn. Thank you very much. :)
Hi Mima! I love this video. This is the first time I have had success with faces! One question-when I have divided the face in two halves with one line, then I divide the line in half, I do not understand how you come up with the three parts. They are not 1/4's or 1/3's. How do I measure it?
Hi! I would always recommend Strathmore Bristol Board 300 series if you can find it :)) As for the pencils, any brand will work, whether that is Faber Castell, Koh-I-Noor or Staetdler- you will get some nice results :))

Do you use a dry cotton ball stick to soften out the shade or do you use a liquid for it? If yes, what is tge name of the liquid?
Hi! I am not using the liquid here, I am using cotton buds and blending stumps :)
