I was on my way to the airport after this person was “hit”, we didn’t see what happened and unfortunately we couldn’t stop because of our situation and lack of medical care we could give. We called it in and prayed they would get care quickly. But it looked like either they were hit by a truck that had stopped or something like that. I am glad to hear they are alive because they didn’t look alive. It was right at the oncoming ramp to the highway. Not sure why they were walking on the highway there but everyone was flying in the morning too.
If this happened on a weekday at 6:00AM it would be impossible to be critically injured since traffic is bumper to bumper stop and go. Maybe 20mph if your lucky. On Saturday morning traffic is moving at 65+ mph.

It's obvious what the cause was ..... some idiot was in the north bound lanes ....
