Card Name: Reprocess Mana Cost: 2 Black Black Types: Sorcery Card Text: Sacrifice any number of artifacts, creatures, and/or lands. Draw a card for each permanent sacrificed this way.
While it does draw a lot of cards here, this will leave you with a hand full of cards but no mana to cast them. It is also very hard to cast on the same turn Korvold is played (9 mana), further diminishing its reliability. Better to run cards like Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, Krark-Clan Ironworks or Squandered Resources that give you mana for saccing permanents and draw cards off of Korvold's trigger, which can then actually be played immediately and also fed into the sac outlets, something that's impossible with Reprocess's single-use effect. These can also be played on earlier turns and thus don't require you to untap with Korvold in play to be impactful. They're also just generally more useful when Korvold isn't in play.
prossh skyraider of kher keep is a perfect add as it has a sac outlet and makes things to sac. prossh would actually be better as the commander but it works in the 99 as well

I really dpubt it because they have a specific method of introducing decks on gameknights. They always do deck techs and deck evaluations AFTER they play them in game knights. Am I the only one not super thrilled about this commander? Seems like a slightly better Vaevictus Asmadi without the control/randomness
I'm with you man...If Korvold was a 6/6 (or even maybe 5/5) I would be keen but as a 4/4 with a sac ability it's kind of lame.
I got a very 'Diet Prossh' vibe from this commander. How do you guys think he holds up in comparison? Is your deck worse for not running Prossh on the command zone instead?
Prossh is the comp deck that has one consistent win con(being food chain). It is technically better but Korvold has the higher degree of power outside that insane combo and just seems more fun to play cuz your not making everyone justs it there till you steal the win with an overused combo
I didn't expect well constructed, intelligent replies. Thanks!
how do the nontoken sac outlets work if its more of an aristocrate tokens?
No mention of Vaevictis Asmadi?
Now I'm curious what is the cheapest color pairing/triplets (Hopefully Grixis, love those colors)
Calovr it’s Bant. Grixis is one of the most expensive color combo
8:29 isn't this an infinite combo with korvold? As I see it, you can just sacrifice the tokens to create new tokens, which you sacrifice over and over again until korvold has enough power to defeat the opponent in a single hit?
Nontoken
@@liamw.1313 oh right. totally forgot.
Glad I preordered this. It’s sold out in so many places in the UK and it’s like doubled in price
Great episode!
how about board wipes??
Yeahhh!!! I wanted this One! Thanks
Thanks!
Nooo! Do the Faerie Schemes one next!
Cant wait for the alela deck!!
So is Korvold available to get in boosters? Very concerned
No he isn’t
And Pitiless Plunderer?
I really want to make a Korvold deck where I have a combo of Korvold, Omnath LoR, and scapeshift
Then just play Lord Windgrace.
Perilous forays?
Put ashnods altar in there now!
Uffff that was Great. Are you gonna do the dame with Knight's charge?
Modified C19 vs converted to EDH brawl please.
Daarigaz Reincarnated is expensive, but I think he could work well in this deck.
Vavictas asmadi the dire is a bit better
No mention of Mazirek? Sad.
The "Each play sacks three creatures" is a really poor board wipe vs decks that create a lot of tokens and such.
calling it .5 board wipe is to generous in my mind.
GreatgoatonFire taste of death is meant hurt the enemy, while helping you.
Greater Good?
Btw, Plaguecrafter is already in the precon, so a Fleshbag Marauder could be added instead for a very similar effect.
and Slum Reaper along with Innocent Blood.
im surprised gitrog was not mentioned
My sister watching memes while I was watching this, freshavacado blasted while the intro was saying “welcom to the command..FRESHAVACADO!”
i am glad this is "Brawl to C0mmander Upgrade" - not vice versa :)
Because that would be a downgrade
No intro singing?
What a deck
Korvold seems better in the 99 of a Jund Aristocrats deck than as a lead singer.
@Jake Brose Prossh or Sek'kuar
Yo great content as always
Guessing the next game knights episode is a brawl episode I guess.
hope not
Please say sike
I really dpubt it because they have a specific method of introducing decks on gameknights. They always do deck techs and deck evaluations AFTER they play them in game knights. This is probably so that the decks' cards, playstyles, and goals, arent spoiled before the gameplay. They have never played a deck on gameknights that was previously discussed down to the individual cards and "STATS stats stats" of the deck.
Oof
@@EthanKTufts you're forgetting when they played archenemy, game night, unhinged and two headed giant.
New extra turns when?
Léo’s got broads in Atlanta.
Yahenni grows when OTHER people's creatures die. Does no one read the card's text?
No one said yahenni would grow, they were saying saccing things to take yahenni causes korvald to grow
JUND EM
Hope you guys just make the next Game Knights a commander episode and not a brawl. Play these changes or modified versions of the deck.
Viscera means intestines.
Here is how you up grade this into a EDH deck, slide him into the 99 of Prossh =P sac 6 kobolds draw 6 cards make a huge flying dragon
Switch to dragon shield, don't buy the bad ultra pro sleeves 😂
Nah Buy Katanas
no singing in the intro, am sad
Hey jimmy want some coffee jelly XD
