I guess my only reason back then was that he was handsome, which is a very superficial reason, but hey, we're all humans. xD And yes, Damon was a horrible person, and I could in no way love him now or understand why I was so blind to see all his terrible flaws back then... And true, Elena was an even worse person. Because at least, Damon was not a hypocrite, unlike her and of course, for many other things. She was justr the absolute worst.
