I guess my only reason back then was that he was handsome, which is a very superficial reason, but hey, we're all humans. xD And yes, Damon was a horrible person, and I could in no way love him now or understand why I was so blind to see all his terrible flaws back then... Thank you so very much, sweetie. ❤ I'm really glad that you loved the video and that you understood the depths of it, but even despite what I portrayed with this video, how Elena went from intensenely hating Faye to understanding and forgiving her, I would dare to say, that there is absolutely no excuse for any kind of abuse, including bullying. There are reasons behind it, sure, but I wouldn't say it can be understandable in any way. I mean, yes, it can be rationally, if you meant that way, but absolutely no other way. Abuse is abuse, and bullying is abuse. It is definitely not any less harmful than physical violence or sexual. I say it here, because I, in no way, tried to excuse that kind of behavior in my video. I just showed that, because all sins can be forgiven by God, we can forgive them, too. But it's always a progress. Probably for years. In my case, there are bullies, that I still haven't forgive almost 2 decades later, but this edit implies, that this is the goal. For two reasons only. Because God has forgiven me, and secondly, because hatred is a baggage, but I would never forgive any of them, if it was just about them. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your comment, and I take it as a compliment that it seems like I succeded with showing Faye's emotions. I just wish society wouldn't treat different kind of abusers differently. If one can forgive a bully, than one can forgive a rapist or a beater, as well. If someone thinks, the latter two have done things unforgivable, than that's the case with bullies, as well. I'm sorry that I got into this topic this way, but it really is a topic to me, that stirs up so many things in me.
