Not to mention after choking the free throw the refs swallow the whistle when there was a hook and hold + a push off right across from it at the end, ucf was robbed tho I do agree on the layup part

Here is my thing. I'm excited to see this University grow. No one can deny they are improving every year in multiple sports. So this loss just like the college football loss shows me UCF is rising. A university that no one knew of 5 years ago is now getting a lot of attention. It's an exciting time to be a knights fan 😁.

Nah reddish is not playing up to his projected potential. If he was Duke would be unstoppable. People use that he sacrifices his game. No, he gets plenty of touches and shots. He is underachieving. 4 fouls like that. He charges everytime he makes a basketball ball. He jumps into the defender. His mechanics are horrible. No one freezes him out. He gets as many opportunities as the other two.

It’s extremely hard for a shooter to play with a guy like RJ. He needs the ball in his hands to be most effective. So that nullifies Tre’s ability to dish to the open man. If you think it’s easy to hit that shot after not taking one for more than 10 minutes you’re insane. His patience and ability to stay consistently a 3 point threat has been amazing. That’s why he’s been the one (up until this last game) to hit EVERY critical shot this season for Duke. Louisville, Virginia, FSU, NC, and Wake Forrest games proved that he takes the back seat but when he decides not too he’s as effective if not more than RJ.

He is great, and is likely the most natural player in the draft. Shooters prefer playing with ball dominant players because it doesn't require them to create their own shot. But he is not underrated, especially considering he is a top 5 draft pick. I think his biggest issue is he doesn't realize how good he is the same way we all know he is. He hugs the three point line even though he has the range to take a few steps back. He really has to learn to jump stop more often when slashing. He goes full speed and runs over other players. His defense is great and he's still one of the top players in the nation. Ive watched every game they've played this year. The word "underrated" cannot be used to describe this kid.
If Tacko can learn to control the amount of fouls he takes in a game, he'll be an unstoppable force. Tacko, Dawkins and the entire UCF team did an awesome job. I really wished they had won. Awesome effort against one of the best, if not thee best, teams in the NCAA.
As a UCF fan I'm still absolutely crushed we lost, I feel like we had that game and Duke got very lucky that tip in didnt go in. That being said, hats off to Duke and Coach K for an amazing game and best of luck in the rest of the tournament. To all the seniors, thank you for everything you've done, UCF would not be where it is today without you. Looks like the future is bright for UCF basketball, we'll see Duke again next year.

We had a lot of fans rooting for them, but the game was in Columbia, SC. Guess what school is closer? Duke. It takes 8 hours to drive out of Florida alone.

It all went down to the very end there is no Rhyme or Reason Why the other team did not win this game. They had the shot they had the tip and all went Crashing Down when that ball world around the rim only the bounce off what an amazing Duke win! There's no other way to describe it was meant to win because the way that ball balance shows you just how life can be one small tip what athletic decision and it could have been another team advancing towards the final. This is one of the greatest games I've seen so far this year. All I can say is Duke is your world you guys make it happen!
Cam, Zion, and RJ all made clutch plays under two minutes to go. Aubrey Dawkins was unconscious and UCF hit some clutch shots to give them a chance for the win. UCF also did well limiting Zion to 50% shooting (12-24) and forced him into 3 TOs. Tre and RJ combined to miss 19 shots. They’ve got to be more efficient for Duke to beat VT.
Man I’m a Duke fan but those UCF kids deserved the win they were awesome, especially Dawkins he was lights out but Zion was also out of this world he carried Duke on his back.
To all the people I see on these videos and Facebook saying "Duke got help from the refs"....There are calls missed both ways throughout the game. I am a UNC fan and I think some UNC fans forget the help we had when we played Arkansas on the run to the title in 2017. The majority of the time the teams that win it all go through a game like this. Unless you're Nova last year or UNC in 2009. As a UNC fan this worries me....this game is going to be an INCREDIBLY coaching moment for coach K and is only going to make this team tougher. So yeah....maybe Duke did get "lucky"....but in a tourny like this I think all teams need a little luck. Still a W at the end of the day..

Duke’s outside shooting has been awful all year and it was painful to watch Tre Jones throw up brick after brick. Coach K needs to give Alex O’Connell some playing time to bolster their shooting! He put in Goldwire but Duke needed more shooting, c’mon now.

Just like everyone, I came here to see the Zion and Tacko show but this kid Dawkins made it hard not to notice him. He had a great game and definitely put himself on the map Nationally.
Duke’s outside shooting has been awful all year and it was painful to watch Tre Jones throw up brick after brick. Coach K needs to give Alex O’Connell some playing time to bolster their shooting! He put in Goldwire but Duke needed more shooting, c’mon now.

I still hate this. I wasn't even a UCF fan, but I was rooting soo hard for them to beat Duke and they came up that short. I actually almost cried for a team I didn't even root for.

Hot but not NEW. UCF has a Bowl history beating top SEC teams in football. The knights win Over Auburn in the peach bowl was not a one hit wonder. UCF is just a tech school that goes under the Radar because their not considered a Blueblood in the NCAA
