@@Kikibrat2 no it heals lol, but it will never be back to normal, and also it takes up to like a whole year just to get back to training upper , (for me at least)
@@Kikibrat2It does, but like Krizo said it’s painful and will probably be painful for awhile. He may need to quit training completely for some time. Not an injury you can work through, it’s structural.

I think both of them look just okay. Except for nathans legs, thats not gonna cut it whatsoever. Im not gonna pretend that behrooz is absolutely shredded out of his mind though. However if Nathan is what he'll be getting compared to then he will look quite a bit better.

How is it that an IFBB pro can train 6 days a week, push their bodies to the limits for years, diet on bland food for months, but not take the time to practice posing? Behrooz and Krizo can't hold a pose for literally 3-4 seconds?
Diet to 4% body fat an dehydrated and let me know if you can stand for 3 to 4 seconds
