      Yep, that and the spaceship exhaust. Even the start button cover makes going for coffee feel mission critical. You buy something like this for the drama and even regular Audi cockpits are BEAUTIFULLY thought out. In fact the first B9 A4s absolutely perfected the tactile controls before they switched to touch screens- everything from the built in radio to CarPlay worked perfectly without taking your eyes off the road - the radio presets magnified the channel number as you touched them so you could pick a station with just peripheral vision- and the textured dials knobs and buttons all gave tactile feedback so you never had to look down even for deeper navigation features.
      It doesn’t get enough credit for safety and holistic design. They gave up with the refresh in like 2019 and went touchscreen.

      @@sortaspicey9278 I may be in the minority but I think lane keep assist, and more broadly self driving assists, are more dangerous than not. We are already in a society which favors distraction and now we're mandating tech that only sort of takes over for you. This lulls the already questionable drivers into a false sense of security which will eventually bite. I've tried out self driving tech on every car I've ever driven that had some sort of semi-autonomous driving, and bar none it was...glitchy. From phantom braking to that nausea inducing bounce between lane boundaries to the car taking an exit instead of keeping in lane to a car literally swerving toward a semi that had entered my lane. No. This is under developed tech that should not be forced upon us. (Note, I am a fan of Subaru's adaptive cruise and I'm sure there are some systems equal or better, but not in the cars I've been in. Subaru's lane keep assist still sucks as of a 2021 Outback).
      Now, I am absolutely for 100% autonomy eventually. Our roads are likely to be far safer and our travel times drastically shorter. We will be able to relax while commuting instead of blowing a blood vessel from the stress of terrible drivers and bad traffic. But we are so very far off of that utopian ideal, and I'm betting it won't happen in my lifetime. So in the meantime we get half baked tech. Hooray.

Parking, valet, leaving or returning to a quiet neighborhood at night or in the morning, sitting in traffic, all this is so much easier when you can turn off the 800hp engine basically and just have a really cool golf cart. I think it's a huge luxury honestly. Love it.

    Lamborghini is a victim of its own genius. The Aventador replacement is just it's evolution in terms of design. That 12 year old project still sold in 2023 so the folks in germany were too afraid of their business going wrong to put a radically new car into production. The DCT is surely the biggest upside of it all. It's just a more refined Aventador with an expensive bodykit. All that being said I still love it!

A straight piped Aventador is beyond crazy, I honestly don't know how similar the V12 from the Revuelto is compared to the Aventador but I'm willing to bet that they're pretty similar, you'll get some of the rawness back by adding a titanium exhaust. I'm also willing to bet that there's going to be aftermarket support for that battery for the hybrid system and you'll be able to extend that range hopefully to at least the 20 mi mark.

    Comparing the Revuelto to the Aventedaor, “you lose a little bit of though I’m going to die factor” 😂😂

    • @mangotail6808
      @mangotail6808 7 месяцев назад +1

      When Aventador first came out, it was one of the most radical looking cars on the road. Like a fighter jet for the road. Lamborghini has seemed to turn it down a bit with the Revuelto and make it more elegant instead of striking :)

      Every time the Aventador shifts gears in anger you think you're going to die or fly off the road or bounce of the headliner.

    This thing is pretty badass. It def is giving out some corvette vibes but not when it revs. I can’t believe they didn’t paint the engine cover red, seems weird. Love the their brake light.
