Superb video. I used to weigh over 400 pounds and transformed my body slowly by scrapping my former eating habits, and slowly increasing my activity. Fiber is my go-to for overall health improvement. It keeps me full, satisfied, and helps my gut health. A good therapist to get the toxic thoughts out of my head helped greatly, too. Low self-esteem is how I got to over 400 pounds, and I firmly believe its the root of all addiction. You can heal yourself, its possible.

Jordan, I do admire you! I’ve been almost as bad as you, but I wasn’t that bad.
I had saline breast implants, mold toxicity, autoimmune diseases, infections, stomach aches, IBS, chronic horrible pain, and a stroke and thrush, as soon as I moved into my new, beautiful, but moldy condo. I became so sick because I didn’t know, about implants and mold, and I can’t even remember right now what else I had. I lost my 40 year teaching career, became bedridden, dizzy, and much more.
Finally, someone called my daughter and said he thought I had breast implant illness. I checked, and sure enough, the symptoms and timing were spot on. Then, I learned about mold and could smell it in different places, so I had my condo tested. It was full of mold.
I planned to move, but had 3 major surgeries within 5 months because of the mold and the autoimmune issues. Then I had to get well enough to get the implants out. I was given a “gift” of pseudomonas aeriginosa from the hospital that lasted over 7 weeks when my incision festered.
I have no idea how I got enough to pack and move.
I’m going to see what you’re doing. I’ve been on Doug Kaufmann’s anti-fungal diet for 6 years, eat grain and gluten free, dairy free, soy, etc, free foods.
I’m still going through hell because I now have tick-borne coinfections, and a live form of Babesia. The antibiotics I was on for 2 months made me sick. Plus I fell off a ladder and I have my arm in a sling and can’t drive yet. It’s not healing properly because I’ve been taking care of my sick son who has all of this for over two years. He yells and has rage constantly.

Wow!! I feel exactly what you went through!!! I've been going through CIRS & Lyme disease, undiagnosed of course. Too many of us suffer because of our genetics. Thank you for this video. Jordan Rubin never gave me bad advice through his books, videos or various shows he was on. I still refer to his books and just yesterday I told a nurse about him at the doctor's office where I had an appointment. I went on the Maker's Diet yrs ago and I saw a great turn around in my health. Anytime I get to watch a video or interview I watch it. Now if I could find that great product he suggested to wash hair or body with made from a coconut dirivative(?) pls tell me where I can find that product pls❣ Thank you

He's referring to a supplement called soil-based organism (SBO) probiotics. You can find SBO Probiotics at your local health food store or online.
I’m wondering if this applies to fibromyalgia and how does it work with high cholesterol? Thank you for this and being transparent about your path to health. I’m bedridden and in pain all day and night, insomnia, etc...🙏
Probiotics & SBO’s are critical for optimum digestive health and inflammation. By no means a cure but very important. I too suffer from chronic illness and understand the bed-ridden status. Hoping you are doing as okay as possible these days.

I listened to a guy on RUclips yesterday who said words to the effect that, meat is bad and salt is bad. I was waiting for him to recommend Crisco Shortening. He was some crazy, old school vegetarian, preaching the gospel of a vegetarian lifestyle. He said that meat causes cancer. Completely nuts.

The Dr Axe SBO probiotics used to be dark colored like Jordan mentioned but now they are very light and seem to be getting lighter with every 3 month subscription I receive. Can you please address this change?

Tina, you've got to very careful, go for the clean supplements only, the recommended serving size. Sometimes more is less, less is more. As for me, I trust Ancient Nutrition products, Garden of Life, Global Healing, and Health Ranger Store just to name a few. Shalom!
