Good stuff. I’m probably pretty biased bc I’ve been preaching this to my friends and also stressing if the randoms in your squad are having fun, they’ll perform much better when herded into a great position
My message was, keep things clear and simple. This allows freedom of flexibility to those who are experienced players, while accomadating players who are newer.

Absolutely lol. For the many years I’ve found the best and easiest way is as the video said. Path of least resistance, most times you can get away with shepherding and nudging more than directing
It is a game I say this all the time. I can always get some randoms engaged and following me when I ask them to mag dump a bearing bc I “saw someone flanking holy shit bro help” ;)
I focus on making sure the whole squad is having a good time but not killing myself over it
This gives me a good idea for a new video. I know it can be difficult to get people to listen when you are squad leading. What I have found is finding a server you like playing on, and consistently squad leading on it. This allows you to build a reputation, and thus build a squad that listens.
