    I started to watched other videos about stuffed waffle cones, didn't fully watch them cause they had everything already prepared, I didn't like that. I'm so glad I found your video. I wonder why the gelatin gave the cream cheese mixture a lumpy texture? The gelatin definately did something to the texture. I'm sure it's still delicous ...when I try this I will make note if this happens. Also can I add chocolate to inside of cone first and let it dry then add crumbs to outside of cone? Thanks so much for sharing!

    This may seem like a silly question but do they have to be refrigerated as soon as they are done or can they sit outside a bit.

    • @SavishKitchen
      @SavishKitchen  4 года назад +1

      It is refrigerated to make the cheese cake batter stable. Don’t worry because it contains gelatine 😉

    • @SavishKitchen
      @SavishKitchen  4 года назад +1

      Hi Micatla! Waffle cones will get soggy when it comes to the room temperature. But you can freeze the cheese filling for a month. No more longer as it contains dairy 😊

    Is gelatin compulsory or we can skip. Thank u 🙂

    • @SavishKitchen
      @SavishKitchen  4 года назад +1

      Hi Seema! Gelatine helps to keep the shape constant. You can use agar agar instead of that. And you can skip that as well by whipping cream lil bit more. 🙂

    Your ingredients include a homemade strawberry syrup but you dont provide recipe for this?

    • @SavishKitchen
      @SavishKitchen  4 года назад +3

      Hi! I am sorry about that. You can make it by combining 250g of fresh strawberries, 50g of granulated sugar and 2tbsp water together in a saucepan and bring it to simmering in medium heat for about 10-12minutes. Transfer it in to a blender and purée until smooth. 😊

    VERY disappointed with your gelatin instructions. I followed exactly as you instructed and the moment it hit my cream cheese mixture it turned clumpy and ruined my whole batch :(

    • @SavishKitchen
      @SavishKitchen  3 года назад

      Oh really 🙁 I am sorry about that. May be it happens when the temperatures are different. Did you add all at once?
