Great video and easy to follow. Well I just wanted to suggest that after opening the back hatch you connect the jumper battery before opening the driver door. That way the glass will drop down and avoid any possible damage to the door glass or door frame. Thanks for the video...

Another suggestion for a jumpbox is the gooloo 4000. It's half the price and as good as the Noco. I've been doing roadside assistance for 15 years and it's the best I've used.

The safest way to jump is to use the C7 underhood battery post to eliminate the possibility of a battery explosion. Even sealed batteries in a closed area like the trunk can accumulate fumes which will be sparked by the unsafe technique of hooking up the the positive post of the booster source last which causes sparking. Newer cars are not so susceptible, but as the cars age the best practice is to jump using the underhood terminal located at the base of the passenger firewall.
I have a 2014 Vette and I changed my car battery + battery in the remote every 4 years Now I live in Wichita near hwy 96 and can drive about 50 miles at 70 mph every 2 weeks during winter
My 2016 c7 battery died 2 weeks ago. That clicking noise freaked me out. I worried I was breaking something. Glad to know it wasn't anything to serious.
Last month I let mine sit just long enough that it BARELY started. I was looking to see how to get to the battery. I gave up and ordered a Black & Decker battery tender with a cigarette adapter. Best < $20 spent !

So the axle thing and all that needs fluids is basically since the car is electrical if the battery is dead it's just because it runs as a constant and if it dies it resets
Might be a good idea to show C7 owners what to do to prevent the battery from going dead

Not sure about the Vette but sometimes you can press the parking brake to shutdown the DRLs and it will start much easier.

Ok, so I own a C7 stingray z51 and had this exact thing happen to me over this last winter. The people I paid to store it didn't bother to keep it on a charger all winter so the battery was dead for over 5-months. I've replaced the battery but my on-board computer system is still acting crazy. It won't switch into the different driving modes from the center console dial or let me access other features of the system. I drove it around for over an hour the other day and the computer didn't reset itself. Any ideas of what i can do next?
I am getting service rear axle soon and stabilitrack. I took it to the dealership and they charged me for a test and reprogram sensor as well.I wasn't having this problem until the fan cooling motor was replaced. I felt they were hustling me.

when the battery is dead it takes a bit for the fuel pump to prime...that may have been why the first stutter start(fail to start) and it then started...Cranked but no start...once primed maybe?

My wife's GrandSport is plugged in right now.
So here is what’s happening to my corvette. I parked it for over 3 1/2 weeks. Then when I went to try to take it out for a ride; i was able to pull it out of the garage ams back it out to the street; then there was a message displayed that the remote is undetectable so I got scared and pull the corvette back into the garage. Then 2 days has gone by ; this time the key fob remote won’t even work even with me putting it in the hole next to the steering wheel so I bought a new better battery and the corvette still not able to start. Any suggestion
It’s sounds like your key fob battery is out. Replace the battery in your key fob and it should work.
Connect the Red terminal on the battery with the charger/jumper red cable 1st. You will avoid the sparking. If black is connected 1st, you get the spark(ing). Black is ground.

Question my NOCO is not working and my car is backed in to my garage would the dealer send a mechanic to change my battery and I live on a army base please someone let me know what I should do . I have a C7 corvette
