- Welcome back to the Limhaus Diary! Sorry for the long hiatus as we got C+ in February just right before Jonas' birthday. It took a toll on our health and we were also trying to nurse ourselves back and adjusting our lives with various work commitment.
Right after getting C+, we took a leap of faith to travel for the first time as a family of 4 as the world opens up, together with our good friend Bernie. We created this video with snippets of our time in Perth to serve as good memories to look back on. It's also Patrick's first time flying a drone out of Singapore, please enjoy the scenic shots!
Hope our trip also gives confidence for parents who are planning to travel with kids. We love the quality time spent and travelling allows us to know new things about ourselves and also our kids!

Haha actually the 3 accommodations are mentioned in the video and the descriptions. haha. We lived in bushland cottage near Margaret River for the first few nights then a night in the caravan and then Alice as we move toward the city. =)

@@TheLimhausDiary I’m considering staying at Bussells with my family. The idea of living in the bush lands is exciting. Do you recommend even though it is away from Margaret River town? Thanks.
we felt it is a good experience as you will be living among free roaming wild kangaroos and there is a high chance for you to catch a sky full of stars as there are not much light pollutions there. but then accommodation is not exactly 5 star and my wife is bothered that the shower head is fixed so we do have slight difficulty bathing the kids.

how do you entertain your kids on the 2-3 hours transit rides?
haha. lot of toys , books and snacks. and last resort Ipad. But the kids tend to nap easily in the car, but that kinda screwed up their night sleep a bit.
