I prepared a Christmas Marvel pound cake ^^
I make marbles with red and green dough that's Christmas just by looking at it, and it's easy to eat because it's a small size, but it's also a great size to gift wrap!

✍️ Ingredients
(8 mini molds or 12 cubes molds)
(room temperature) Unsalted butter - 220g
Sugar - 165g
Salt - 2g
Honey - 25g
(room temperature) Egg - 200g
Vanilla Extract - 5g
Cake flour - 220g
Almond flour - 35g
Baking Powder - 4g

Cocoa Powder - 2 g
Wilton (Red Red) - 5g
✔Green dough - Add pigment (optional)
Wilton (Moss Green) - 3 g

White Chocolate - 160 g
📍 You need to use butter and eggs at room temperature (21-23 degrees) to minimize separation.
(Microwave the butter for about 10 seconds or put the eggs in warm water)
In winter, when the indoor temperature is low, pay more attention to separation, and if it is likely to be separated in the middle, add about 1/3 (70g) of the cake flour to absorb moisture and prevent further separation.
✍️ Recipe
1. Room temperature (21~23 degrees) Lightly loosen butter with a whipping machine.
2. Add sugar, salt and honey and whip to medium speed. (Total 2 minutes whipping)
3. Mix the room temperature egg and vanilla extract first.
4. Divide the egg into the butter dough 7 to 10 times and whip it over medium speed.
5. Mix the flour, almond powder, and baking powder by sifting them together.
Divide 6.425-427g into two halves.
7. Add 2g cocoa powder and 5g pigment to the red dough and 3g pigment to the green dough.
8. Whipping machine, mix the dough smoothly and glossily at low speed.
9. Put the dough in a piping bag and zigzag the dough in a mold.

1. The oven I use is Wiswell Inhens. (WOP100 Navy color, ad X)
2. Can I also make it with an air fryer?
It's possible, but just as ovens have different performance from product to product, air fryers may have different set temperatures and times. I haven't cooked it myself with an air fryer, so I can't tell you the exact temperature and time, but you can lower the temperature by about 10 degrees and +- while looking at the baking color.
(However, for baking types, the surface may be hard or the oven spring may be weak due to hot air.)
3. Can I reduce sugar?
A typical pound is a 1:1:1 ratio of flour, butter, and sugar ^^
This recipe has a lower sugar ratio than 1:1, so I don't recommend it because it can be easily separated if it is reduced further.
4. Can I skip vanilla extract?
You can skip it, but the recipe with eggs has the effect of catching the fishy smell.
It makes it taste a lot richer when you put it in.
5. Is it possible to replace almond powder with other ingredients?
If you add some of the flour to the almond powder, it becomes a little more moist, soft, and increases the flavor. But if you don't have almond powder, please replace it with the same amount of flour.
6. Can I replace it with other ingredients instead of honey?
If you add honey rather than just sugar, it is more moist and affects the color of baking.
If you don't have honey, replace it with the same amount of starch syrup or oligosaccharide.
7. Pounds are not inflated or low!

Baking powder doesn't inflate when it's old, so please test it and use it. It's normal if bubbles are generated when you pour hot water

▪️ Silicone mold is used or there is no bottom heating wire (or there is insufficient bottom heating)
Silicone molds have low thermal conductivity, so if the top dough cooks before the bottom heat, the pound won't swell! Bake in the bottom of the oven one space above the middle.
