“You” sold me on this light. I had the Fenix TK20r in my cart with Amazon…I deleted it, researched price and availability, (which was slim), and picked it up at REI for $199. (I like their product 100% guarantee.) I’ve researched the heck out of lights..and can now rest assured I got the right system, (headlamps, handlight…and light canon!!) Thanks Brother for your help!
This will make a nice addition to my duty belt. I ordered it. Should be here in 3 days. Previously I was carrying a 2,000 lumen o light which is decent but this would be great for the small town I work. Lots of forest area.
I bought the TK35UE 2.0 about 6 years ago and I wanted an upgrade. I bought this one on Black Friday sale for 40 bucks less. I love Fenix, and their customer service is fantastic too. had a problem with my GL19R under warranty they sent me a brand new one
I have one and mannnnnnnnnnnnn it’s amazing!!!! Do not regret buying it at all! Super bright! Everytime I pull it out and turn it on , people are so amazed!!! If you don’t have one! Get one! I got mine for 159.99 on Xmas deal! I would wait for a deal!
Was debating between this and the Olight Marauder Mini, which has flood and beam capability. But because the Fenix was 20% off for first time buyers and the flood and the spotlight are more or less together in one beam, I got the Fenix. Its actually a birthday present for my sister.
Just picked this up after watching. I have some monster throwers some of them like the K 75, 2.0 X 75, convoy 3×21D convoy L8 AceBeam K 30 GT AceBeam W 35LEP. After watching your video and you did a great job on it just to let you know my friend the size of this little monster really got me fired up. Thank you very much for a great review on a really super flashlight which I should be receiving by tomorrow.
I think you must have been testing this near our neighborhood early the other morning. Crawled back in bed at around 05:00 after a "break" and noticed an extremely bright strobe light bleeding through our bedroom sliding glass door blinds. Based on where we live, and the angle with which the light was coming in, it had to be extremely bright and some distance away. Either that or it was aliens. ;-) I know you live in the greater Denver area - I live on the east side of Parker, CO
Yes a lot of throwing flood I can't believe the flood how wide and big it is or how it's amazing hey Gideon good to see you buddy thank you for sharing this light it's so compact I can't believe 10,000 looms in your pocket wow I love technology I'm going to miss the best part of it
I gave up on flashlights and started carrying an LED lantern a while ago. Not having to hold or aim a light is pretty convenient and they got some pretty light ones nowadays.
Fantastic review! Would you consider the Fenix LR35r the best of both worlds when it comes to flood and throw? Comparatively between the LR40r and the LR50R?
You're right that light would be a great choice for SAR! A couple of other Fenix flashlights are great for SAR I never bought them because of their size and weight. Since this is a small package it will be added to my long line of Fenix flashlights. Thanks for the review and taking the time to share with us!
I want to buy this Flishlight but im afraid it will be too hot after a few hours of use. iI it not too hot to hold it in the hand on Turbo and high mode? Is there no danger that the flashlight will turn on by itself, wearing it in your pocket? This can cause a fire.
@gideonstactical I have a LR35R...but i am running into an issue that I find a bit annoying and wondering if yours does the same thing. If it is not at its fully solid green charge it will not emit 10K lumen for more than 5 seconds have you found that at all even it has 75% battery, it cannot operate at 10k for more than 5 to 10 seconds MAX! I feel a little shitty about that. Thanks if you respond.
Hey bro great to see you again. Hope you had a great Christmas and just wanted to wish you a very Happy New year and may 2021 bring you much success, joy and happiness. Stay safe and catch up again real soon.

@@ojciecmajsterI just bought one. It has a lockout feature on it. The best thing to do is keep the light on its lowest mode when in the pocket, however it does come with a holster so it shouldn't turn on accidentally.
It is a nice light but when you compare that little life to that the little light is more of a kite light it's not like a big flood light it's a very tight beam I wish they made the 10000 lumens where you could have just the beam on it so it can be a strobe or a spotlight on low I would buy it then but I don't have a use for a floodlight
Hey Pastor Aaron! Good review brother. Two questions if you’d be willing to entertain them: 1) Would you buy the light given its intended purpose? 2) Which Casio are you wearing in this review? Thank you! 1 Cor. 2:2
Hello G.T., I'm sure others watch on smartphones, but I had a difficult time following you describing the output of the light. I heard you say that the 10k Lm turbo will run for 1 hour?🤯 Plus, is there any step down?🤔 The post of specs was too small for a small screen to see any of it!!!😖 Just sayin'. Sincerely, Randy. 🙏🏻😇👊

@@randyscj429 The output of 10,000 lumens is of course only available for less than a minute with these dimensions because of the heat development. From the Amazon store page.
Loved the review. Great light, I could used that on the job or outdoors camping. That being said, would like a reflective or glow strip down the sides of the the handle. If you drop it outdoors or plunged into darkness suddenly, you could locate it faster with a weaker light.
True, but one I left a fully black 250 dollar flashlight at the grocery store in a cart at night, went home, forgot it, came back after a couple hours and it was still there. Stealth has a purpose.
@@benbraceletspurple9108 Wow, that comment was a year old. I had to start the video to see what you were talking about. A light that fat & big, you leave it somewhere with people and it’s gone. But if you’re in the woods or in a natural disaster, bright color could help.
All flashlights that advertise these high lumen run times don’t tell you that it cycles down then up again. I’m not sure what this one cycles down to but it at best will stay at 10,000 lumens for no more than a minute or two.
in the instructions it clearly states the 10k reduces and comes back up. the maximum effective brightness for this light is a little over 2k lumens for 90 minutes straight, in either the turbo or high mode, after it cools down from turn-on. I do notice the decrease in turbo mode, I do not notice it in high mode.
$200.95 On Amazon (Prime). I grow EXCEEDINGLY weary of tools priced as if they were luxury items. Tools are tools and the inflated price does not make them work any better than those I have with me. Not, left at home because they were too expensive to loose or damage.
However, the MS03 will only do it for 30sec - whereas I think the LR35R will do it for about 2 minutes or so. Which makes sense, given the bigger size. As a flashaholic, it certainly sucks that there always has to be tradeoffs like that. 😞 I'll likely be carrying both though, for late-night walk self-defense reasons. 👍
